Shipping Policy

LCI® will ship anywhere in the US and Canada via UPS.

Shipping costs depend on the UPS shipping method, where the item is going, and weight of the item shipped. Note that additional taxes and brokerage fees may be applied to Canadian and other international orders. The quoted UPS rate does not include these charges. LCI® have no control over these fees. Once UPS takes the package, LCI® takes no responsibilities over lost packages or packages damaged by UPS. If UPS damages or loses your package, please contact them - your tracking number is available on your confirmation e-mails.

All orders are taken the day of placement (weekdays only) and should be shipped within 5 business (week) days unless otherwise noted on the product's description.

A tracking order number will be provided to you at some point in the order process.

Return Policy

If LCI® ships the wrong item, an item damaged by LCI® or a non-functioning item, contact us within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item and we will send you an RMA and will take full responsibility over return shipping costs. We will reimburse your card when the item is returned to us. No restocking fee will be charged to your card in these instances.

If you receive the item and decide that you do not want the item, you must so notify us in writing within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item. You must also arrange for the item to be returned to us within thirty (30) days of delivery and you will then be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will reimburse your card less a flat 20% restocking fee. This fee applies to the items shipped plus applicable taxes, not the original shipping cost itself.
